And what it is, it's a team that recognizes the good work that players do off of the field.

And so don't get me wrong, these are some of the best players in college football athletically, but they're also players who are donating their time, their talent, and their treasures off the field as well and so i think about players like uh edwin spillman who's a linebacker at tennessee who was born in sierra leone and adopted and moved to tennessee to nashville and now he still goes back and does work to help people back in sierra leone think about guys like michael allen who's a safety at baylor who raises money and donates his own money for rare disease research even uh this year there's the first female collegiate athlete recipient or, you know, member of the team named Gianna Bennett, who she's a kicker at Northwestern college in Iowa.

And she's a part of a program called every kick counts and she raises money for stillbirth prevention.

So people can know more about, Hey, how do you like awareness about stillbirth and how do you prevent it? And so that's the, that's the reason why I get really excited about this team.

Well, she's a very bright young lady.

She is assistant professor of business and economics at Northwestern College in Iowa.

Okay.

She's the author of a book called Bridge Building Apologetics.

And...

My sister was going to school up in Minnesota, back where we lived, a small liberal arts college, Northwestern College.

I knew, I mean, this is pre-internet, you know, so I knew nothing about it.

And she was like, yeah, it's great.

Your cousin Sarah's coming from, they lived in St. Charles.

And I was like, sure.

And so I enrolled in Northwestern College.

I think that they probably, I don't, I just enrolled and never looked, never did not know anything about it.
