Automation Anywhere acquires Boost.ai to expand customer-facing voice AI capabilities Genjot D. Shenjai.

Automation Anywhere Inc. has agreed to acquire Boost.ai Inc., a conversational voice AI developer currently held by Nordic Capital, folding it into Automation Anywhere's enterprise, agentic automation, and orchestration operations.

The deal was struck Wednesday.

Under the combined model, day-to-day business functions would run without direct human involvement or with AI stepping in.

Standard Flash will need the $4.99 a month Google AI Plus plan, which itself loses Pro, while Pro and Deep Think move to the $19.99 AI Pro and $99.99 Ultra tiers.

Third, Automation Anywhere is acquiring voice AI company Boost.ai. On October seventh, Automation Anywhere agreed to buy Boost.ai from Nordic Capital, adding enterprise conversational and voice AI that carries customer requests through to back-office execution.

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter and follows its Aisera acquisition in late 2025.
