So speaking of bouncing around, Dirk Ulrich, the founder of Brainworks and Plugin Alliance, just bought his own company back.

It was recently announced that he reacquired both Brainworks and Plugin Alliance under a new umbrella company he's calling Rockforce, which already includes Apogee and Manly Labs.

Just to jog your memory on this, Plugin Alliance and Brainworks has been part of Native Instruments since 2021.

Dirk basically bought them out of that arrangement and made them independent again.
