I mentioned this partnership with National Equity Fund, this other like-minded nonprofit.

That's not been an easy process.

We've had to learn, regroup, change our approach.

We're going to borrow, we think, a couple million dollars.

And then through the injection of private equity through the tax credits, we think that's going to net about another three and a half million dollars from an investor called the National Equity Fund, or NEF.

We were very fortunate to get a credit enhancement agreement from the city of Bangor that would provide just over $34,000 a year, which is going to allow us to borrow more than the million five we think.

So that's the capital piece.
