Well, you guys were at film festivals, but we do have a couple of movies to talk about that are pretty big besides the ones that I mentioned already.

Like I'm in Chicago.

We have the Music Box Theater, which is this venerable, built in 1922.

After COVID, boy, it was really on, it felt like it was on less legs.

And that guy from Netflix was like, maybe he's right, theatrical business.

This business is booming.

They just bought a theater in Minneapolis, the Music Box Theater.

They started their own distribution label now.

the music box there you go to a movie there it's sold out the lines around the block and it's young people well chicago is a cinema town it's much better than la that way i mean chicago people really love movies but so i feel i'm encouraged gen a gen z good movies being made the spec market's coming back it feels like maybe the buyers are thinking yeah original ethereal I don't know.

Although I am very disappointed that we did not get to talk about Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

The opportunity to see that on 70mm last year at the Music Box.

And it was

gorgeous.

And I know they were always rumoring that it was going to come to Broadway, so now that it's actually happening, I'm very excited.

We do have one more fall play for Broadway to announce, and that's Inter Alia, which is a play, one act original at the Music Box Theater with a synopsis of Jessica Parks as a maverick London Crown Court judge, sharp compassion and determined to change a system she knows isn't always just.

But her career exists inter alia, which means among other things, as she balances motherhood, friendship, and the elusive notion of having it all.

So when an unthinkable event rocks her finely tuned life, can she hold her family together or will everything fall apart? Following a sold-out run of London's National Theatre and a smash hit West End Transfer, this legal drama comes from the writer and director of The Global Phenomenon, Prima Facie.
