My subject right now is Don from Chicago.
CurtisAUDIENCE
37:28
You guys want this guy to call every time the coach has a show with you? You want him to be the last caller to end the show with a bang? Well, I've got something for you, buddy.
CurtisAUDIENCE
38:07
We got that kind of money in the couch, under the pillows.
CurtisAUDIENCE
38:13
Be careful what you wish for.
CurtisAUDIENCE
38:16
We might take your coach, Curtis, from Moreno Valley.
Ryan AbrahamHOST
38:21
Curtis.
Steve MasonHOST

But I'm not a big fan of that.
Steve MasonHOST

Ben MallerHOST
7:26
You're not very up on the geography.
Ben MallerHOST
7:28
Where do you think Moreno Valley is?
Billy BlanksGUEST
7:31
I'm not
Ben MallerHOST
7:32
sure.
AshleyHOST
9:17
Regards, Colin." Okay, so that's crazy, right? And I'll show you on the map where this takes place in relation to the first story.
AshleyHOST
9:23
But that brings me to my next point in Moreno Valley because a lot of stories are concentrated from this.
AshleyHOST
9:29
And I'm going to share with you a video that I posted as a follow-up to the first story.
AshleyHOST
9:33
This story was sent by someone named Eli who pointed out in his email the proximity of his sighting to the March Air Reserve Base, which is an Air Force base that has a long history of hauntings and cover-ups, and let's just say things that the Air Force would probably not have us telling stories about.
AshleyHOST
9:48
This story is what put me on the trail of mapping all of these sightings, so I'm going to play that video for you now.
AshleyHOST
9:57
Do you want more lore about the faceless people in California? So let's do another story.
AshleyHOST
10:00
This comes from Moreno Valley, which is about an hour and 40 minutes southwest of where the first story took place in Barstow.
AshleyHOST
10:05
This story was sent by a person named Eli, who says back in 2010, he saw a faceless woman walking down the road toward his car at about three in the morning.
Ben MallerHOST
10:05
That's from Jimmy.
Ben MallerHOST
10:08
Jimmy in Moreno Valley.
Ben MallerHOST
10:09
Well, the one I can't get to call in.
Ben MallerHOST
10:11
She's dead, but Jeannie in Medford was wonderful.

Dude, this town, Moreno Valley, inspired me to become a city planner, but there's too much mathematics involved, so I had to get out.
EufazioAUDIENCE
42:15
And I wanted to, like, be able to change the world quicker.
EufazioAUDIENCE
42:18
So I chose the microphone.
AshleyHOST
1:47
Today we are going to be covering more stories about the California Nightwalkers, which is a term that I came up with to describe the faceless entities walking around California, specifically Central California, although there have been sightings elsewhere.
AshleyHOST
2:00
This subject caught my attention because for Spooky Scary Storytime, I did a faceless person story and I had had a few of these come in, but I didn't really realize how many of these sightings or witness accounts were clustered around the same area, specifically near Moreno Valley, California, until I posted the initial story and got a ton of comments saying, I've seen this too, I've seen this too.
AshleyHOST
2:21
And so I searched my email and I have thousands of submissions that I am slowly working my way through, but I was floored, you guys, like absolutely blown away by how many stories I had about faceless people in California, specifically this one geographical area that I hadn't even connected those dots.
AshleyHOST
2:39
Like, I had 47, I think, initial emails that were sent independently from one another across months because I started this series back in October of 2024.
AshleyHOST
3:59
And hopefully you guys can maybe put these pieces together if you're invested in this like I am, and maybe you'll see something that I'm not.
AshleyHOST
4:06
I'm gonna start with an email from a woman who said that she has not witnessed a faceless person, but her husband was stationed at the March Air Reserve Base.
AshleyHOST
4:14
and the march air reserve base is in moreno valley and that seems to be kind of the center point of where a lot of these sightings are around so maybe this is relevant maybe not but i'm just gonna read you what you said and what she said and you can maybe make sense of it but as you can see on the map we have a lot of stories clustered right around here and so that's why i wanted to put this here in case this is a piece of the puzzle later um she said that her husband was in the air reserve at the time and they lived in housing on and off the base from 2012 to 2017.
AshleyHOST
4:41
So she asked him if he had ever encountered anything like this after she listened to the first part of the California Night Walkers.

Adam CarollaHOST

Yep.
EufazioAUDIENCE
40:57
Yeah, and what's weird about that, you were talking about it-
Herb MorganGUEST
38:54
Ron, you've heard of this guy.
Herb MorganGUEST
38:55
So Corey Jackson is an assembly member from the Moreno Valley.
Herb MorganGUEST
38:59
He formed a non-profit agency called the Citizens Against Trauma, or Citizens Against Racism and Trauma, CART.
Herb MorganGUEST
39:09
Sounds okay to me.
Michael MonksHOST
29:25
That's right, and they're not necessarily breaking any rules because the rules have not been established by these communities.
Michael MonksHOST
29:29
Bonta sent a letter, uh, earlier this month, just last week actually, uh, to Chino, Moreno Valley, Paris, Rancho Cucamonga, Rialto, Riverside, Ontario, and Riverside County-
Chris MerrillHOST
29:41
Mm-hmm
Michael MonksHOST
29:41
... about the need to follow this state law.
