Monsoon Accessorize

So moved to London.

I think I started working for Accessorize and Monsoon in a branch merchandising role.

I've seen the logical progression out from stores.

And, you know, one thing led to another.

And leading big teams.

So, for example, I was the brand director for Accessorize and had a team of 100 people.

But I think that's where I started.

My interest started to begin in terms of, well, why is it that I've got 100 people in my team and only one of them is a man? Why is it that as I go further and further up the ladder, very often I'm the only woman sitting around the boardroom table.
