So I have to say, Mick, I'm from New Jersey, which is not far away from New York City.

And in the town I live in, East Town over New Jersey, we have a company called Mondelez, and they make the candy Swedish Fish.

that Cadbury's that was yeah it was then Mondelez been taken over by um craft at that point but it was it was just again a sign of just doors opened yeah um and so I spent the year out at Bethel doing their school

yeah the first year of the

school that's it the first year of the student natural school and what year

time.

So it's quite a significant milestone birthday just before I returned.

So I returned back in and came back into what was Mondelez and into a learning and development job, moved to London and honestly had what I would call the second year I needed, you know, rather than staying out there.

and what happened was just such a um such a turnaround in my life so I I came back moved and then actually to be honest hit a huge low you know I'd left this community yes I'd moved to London I was working from home before people work from home oh gosh so lonely um and yeah I knew we were on you know zoom and yeah um doing these or Skype I think yeah if it was then yeah um And doing these long meetings and just feeling like, although I loved the place I was working, I myself was really struggling.
