Can you share with us what happened?

So I had my one and only Moderna shot.

It was later in the day on that day, I believe.

Um, the next day, I felt okay.

You said you had one vaccine al-

One.

I had a Moderna, yes.

Were you worried about getting the vaccine before you got it?

I have a question for you gentlemen about a stock that I'm considering purchasing.

Moderna, I've been watching them and their price is going up here and they've been producing some new and good products.

And I was wondering if you guys would give this one a thumbs up or not in consideration of adding it to your portfolio.

Today, we're joined by Eric Ma, who is a senior principal data scientist at Moderna.

Prior to that, he was an investigator at Novartis and an Insight Health Data Science Fellow.

He has a PhD in biological engineering from MIT.

And this is over the last month.

And we're only behind Moderna, which came out with a cancer vaccine.

So, you know, I feel pretty good with the relativity here and pretty incredibly proud of the team and how we continue to operate.

Now, that being said, the job is nowhere close to finished.

will drop by mid single digits next year.

And then Moderna jumping, I should say, 12 percent over excitement on its experimental cancer vaccine with Merck.

And it's set for a major cancer conference soon.

All those Cs, guys.

So if you think about some of those concepts, I think that that's critical.

And we might also be making this transition a little bit in the market to that second and third order effect of ai and this might be very very helpful for a dividend investor because big pharma has historically been known as dividend payer big pharma has generally been on now that was a group that was ice cold Um, there is this concept, I think that the, you know, this has nothing to do with really an income play, but the Moderna breakthrough on the science a few weeks ago, where we can maybe tailor drugs specifically for you, as opposed to here's a cancer drug for everyone.

That was something that was really well rewarded.

And now you have the situation where healthcare is using AI and is on.

Optimism surrounding that potential for diplomatic progress between the United States and Iran at this week's United Nations Gathering.

energy sector was down two and a half percent with chevron down 2.7 percent weighing down the dow jones industrial average utilities were down four tenths of a percent consumer staples down four tenths of a percent as defensive areas generally lagged growth-led rally Moderna hit multi-year highs.

I'm going to talk about that in the third segment of today.

Not the first segment.

a little tech, but let's start with a little bit of biotech.

And then we're going to get to tech tech.

Moderna jumped 8% today after announcing that its personalized mRNA cancer vaccine developed with Merck will have three major presentations at the upcoming ESMO cancer conference.

The biggest focus is a phase three melanoma trial combining vaccine.

So if the real virus ever shows up, those cells are ready.

From a distance, it can seem like mRNA vaccines for COVID-19, the ones distributed by Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna, appeared out of nowhere.

But the technology to make them has been tested and researched and perfected for decades.

And now, all eyes are on mRNA, as scientists are considering what other diseases they could treat and prevent using this once-ignored technology.
