It's really here that we have this talk this morning.

As you can tell my voice a little bit struggling because I had a late night actually celebration with our new partner from Japan, Oracle and Mizuho Bank, Mizuho Securities.

They come to visit our headquarter.

and also to discuss about the long-term partnership and also technology deployment for Oracle to issue credit cards for young foreigners in Japan, and also to provide the auto loan and other embedded financial products using AI technology based on behavior data, which they probably traditionally don't have such knowledge.

But as I'm looking right now, I'm seeing UBS Group just raise the price target to $31 a share.

In late September, I see Mizuho raise it to $30 a share.

And both of those price targets are over 20% above where the consensus price target is.

And I suspect that this is going to be a stock that's going to see significantly higher price targets as we go through.

So naturally, naturally, that got us thinking, right? Why are Singapore bonds behaving differently, and can that diversion last? Well, joining us to look at what persistently high global yields could mean for bond funds, borrowing costs, and the wider Singapore economy, we speak with now with Vishnu Varathan.

He is head of economics and strategy at Mizuho Bank.

So, how much of these higher bond yields are about inflation and potential interest rate hikes, and how much is actually showing structural problems?

Staff in Singapore, China and Europe say wages, which are normally paid around the fourth week of the month, had not arrived by yesterday.

A Singapore court had appointed KPMG as interim judicial manager in September after creditor Mizuho Bank sought to remove the management of its main Singapore operation.

Several lenders have accused Radiant World of providing falsified documents.

A Singapore judge said the company was likely to become unable to pay its debts.

Final thing, some re-ratings.

Goldman, Rosenblatt, D.A. Davidson, Mizuho, T.D. Cowan.

Excuse me, not T.D. Cowan.

The previous four all had increased re-ratings up some serious dollars.
