Mishcon de Reya

What's your advice to them on how to have the best chance of succeeding in this application?

Yeah, great question, Jason, and I'd like to refer at this point to a report that Mishcon de Reya have put out about a week ago by a gentleman called Suresh Patel, who was at Mishcon's.

He's now gone off to be a pupil barrister at a rival set.

We shall not name them.

That was like the first idea.

And after about 24 hours, I contacted Adam Rose at Mishcons and Katie, in fact, was involved as well and said, I'm underwater a bit here, can you help? Because I've been trying to find a way through.

And Adam Rose messaged me back like a minute later and just said, yes.

I think I said to him, don't worry, it won't be much work, I'll do most of it, which was the biggest understatement of all time.

And that was actually the second year we did that.

And I forget what we called it, but it was a combination internship where we combined four weeks in a real estate law practice like Mishcon with four weeks in a real estate consultancy.

So, again, it gave that student the most unbelievable experience of actually being in the legal side of real estate as well as being in the consultancy side.

So, yeah, I mean, you, Susan, were a very early believer and I've said it to you before.
