I actually, I talk about it a lot on LinkedIn and I have had to clarify more times than I can count that it's not actually just following me on LinkedIn.

It's an actually freestanding online community that I host on a platform called Mighty Networks.

And so it is a completely, it's a members only private space.

It's free to join.

So like, because we can relate on those two things, it doesn't matter what somebody's sharing.

It's usually something somebody in the community is going to be able to say, I understand I've been there.

And like when I started the community, Mighty Networks didn't have emoji reactions, which was super annoying because people would have to like reply and say, yes.

Or put an emoji.

So this is all brand new.

I've set up an actual online with Mighty Networks.

I don't know if you're familiar with them.

They... do you remember Ning way back when it was the tea party had a huge online presence, national presence.

But one of the communities within on that platform was the tea party, you know, and they, they, they serve thousands of different, different companies and stuff.

So I looked at, I said, they sold, I said, I wonder who they sold it to.

And so I looked it up and it was, One of the owners from Ning is the owner for Mighty Networks.

So when I signed up, I contacted her directly and I said, I need to be able to set something up that was exactly like the Tea Party.

So this is all brand new.

Believe me, a lot of like almost a year and a lot of money.

But Mighty Networks, which is this brilliant community platform, came into my ether and I realized I could do it now in much more using not having to be a programmer or hire programs.

So I find that the core of my revenue stream is around the membership community.

It is a recurring revenue stream.

So I'm always really grateful to be able to connect with people who see and understand the world in this way.

And a while ago, I had made a post on Atira's private community group called Mighty Networks.

And I made a post with no expectations, just sharing that I was looking for some guests.

And then I forget how long after, but not too long after, I had...

It's our online community, Luminosity community.

It's on Mighty Networks, yeah.

Where can people just find you? Are you going to do more book events? Are you done? Like people besides your podcast, where can we hear you and find you?

It's not discontinued completely.

We, we left it up there just 'cause I didn't wanna shut it down abruptly, but it is phasing, we're phasing it out because the Mighty, Mighty Networks was expensive and it wasn't efficient.

It wasn't getting us what we wanted.

So we said, you know, let's just go and try to create something independent that's gonna work a little bit better, and it has.

It's, it, you know, the Village is great 'cause we understand exactly what's happening and we're able to fix things immediately.

It is much smoother than Mighty Networks was.

Uh, and we, 'cause we wanted to have a space where you all could connect with each other after class or whenever you want to as opposed to just having it happen here where you're in a Zoom.

You can actually talk to each other and have your own groups and conversations, things like that.
