That was something I always wanted when I wanted to move to a new firm was Who are the leaders that I can learn from? Who are the men and women who have done this a lot that I could try to idolize and try to follow a similar path if not carve my own? Who will partner with some of those investors, right? Because what you're looking at is you're looking at history of underwriting, right? How has it historically been underwritten? How has the exposure changed? How is the exposure going to change? And what guardrails are there around that exposure? How well do you know that, for example, the rate that's going to be in the next year, and maybe they don't get the rate, and what does that mean for the cycle? What does that mean for the collateral you're putting up? When can you start getting that capital collateral back? what does the asset mix look like? And we talked about LOCs a little bit earlier, and actually lots of sponsors are very keen on seeing an LOC in place because they're not taking the same sort of asset risk as they would be otherwise if there was perhaps a more adventurous asset mix within the structure.
