Triad Business Bank renews unsolicited bid for M&F Bancorp.

So Greensboro, North Carolina-based Triad Business Bank identified itself as the undisclosed party A, referenced in M&F Bancorp's proxy materials and urged M&F shareholders and directors to consider its latest proposal before a shareholder meeting scheduled to resume on October 20th.

Durham, North Carolina-based M&F, which agreed to be acquired by Optus Financial Corp. on July 22nd, previously announced that it rejected a second revised unsolicited acquisition proposal from an undisclosed bidder called Party A, stating the offer provides less value and carries greater execution risks than its pending merger with Optus, according to a September 25th release.

So MNF, you know, basically, so Triad Business Bank continues to kind of press MNF Bancorp on their potential merger there, but they've already agreed with Optus.

So we'll see what happens on that one.

My guess is that basically M&F Bancorp continues to push back on that, but we'll see.
