It's a family holding company.

And by its own history, in 1995, Yetinga bought a dental company called LIC Care, which that history describes as the business that latter became Lifco.

And in 1997, Carl Bennett AB also became a majority owner of the printing group Ellenders, which then bought 11 more Swedish companies over three years to become the largest graphics group in the Nordics.

So by the late 1990s, Bennett had already run the same play more than once.

40% sold to get focus.

Most management teams can't exit 10% of revenue without a steering committee and a consultant.

And then 2006, Lifco acquires its sister company, Zorb Industry, a diversified industrial group that Bennett's company had taken private in 1999.

And that is the moment Lifco became what it is today, dental plus a long tail of industrial niches.
