Lawrence University

I didn't, prep.

I went to Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin-

[laughs]

... which I'm very, very happy for.

And I grew up specifically in Upper Michigan.

But yes, I went to school in Appleton, Wisconsin at Lawrence University.

So...

I'm very familiar with the area and I know that 90 mile Midwest drive very well.

So you went to school not for what you're doing now, for music and to perform, but you are doing a...

Lawrence University or equivalent school and is is, you know, maybe maybe they're going to move somewhere and they're curious about they'll I'll link up to still house junkies and and give a listen to you.

And then maybe they are interested in getting into a scene like that.

they had to move home games to, uh, Lawrence University in Appleton.

So hats off to Lawrence University for welcoming them in.

But it really is a, a tight-knit community spread across a number of different cities, including Appleton and, uh, Little Chute, m- Fox Valley areas such as Oshkosh and so on.

So I'm happy to see this coming together.

So I is folks who listen know I work for Lawrence University I'm an associate professor of chemistry and Lawrence has a Door County campus and it's called Bjork London It's this amazing epic Lodge and it's not it.

I mean, it's about a 20-minute walk I think two-minute drive, and so when I come with my chemistry department, we've kind of made a habit of coming to Door County Brewing, but then when we learned that Sway Brewing was opened, we started coming here instead.

And so we just, every year we have an annual

We do.

And new on the art scene is at the other end of College Avenue toward Lawrence University, the new Trout Museum of Art.

And let's be clear, the Trout is not a fish museum.

Okay, it confused me the first

But right down the road, literally right down College Avenue, still not gaming

county.

We have all the vibrancy and there's bars and restaurants and hotels and Lawrence University right there and all the cultural the Fox City's Performing Arts Center.

And that's all right there.
