Even as a young fella, like, I, I, I still remember this one day I was at La Porchetta, right? It was a pizza joint.

I, I reckon I was about 10 years old, and I remember watching this little square box.

It was like this little TV in the corner, and it was just, like, Shauny McManus and Clive Waterhouse.

And do a succession plan so that you sell on your terms and maybe it wouldn't have been like that.

I mean, as it turned out, La Paquita sold to two franchisees because it sold last year to two franchisees and they're just as passionate about the brand.

And because obviously I haven't been there since 2020, but obviously COVID took a hit and what have you and large restaurants obviously are under decline and things like that.

And these two franchisees, I'm sure they're going to grow it because they're very passionate about it.

Like little stuff like that goes a long way and it shows how good those two are as a heel team.

Wild Angel says time to invest in La Porchetta stocks up the Red Hot Dale.

I'm really interested to see where this goes because I think that Water Rapids have clearly been a highlight since they got those titles.

They have been bloody excellent.
