And then senior executive, digital roles, marketing roles at amazing companies, global companies, Northern Trust, Kemper Sports, Grainger.

BMO, Grant Thornton, and several others and other board experiences.

When you're not seeing him executing digital strategies and transforming, you might see him on the golf course.

You folks have been, what, two, three years now you've had it? You've taken it over when it was Mark Carlson and those folks?

They took over Kemper Sports, which is our management company.

We took over in, I think it was 2020, 2021.

Has it been that long already? Yeah, you're getting that old.

So a perfect person to have on our panel for the off-course side of golf.

We have Steve Skinner, who's the CEO of Kemper Sports, which again is brilliant from an operator point of view.

And we've also Elisa Godess as well, who is the founder of Women's Golf Day.

Wow.

I don't know what they're doing, but it looks like fun.

And when they had their grand opening a year or so ago, I guess it was a year ago, all the different groups that had come together, the Western Golf Association, Kemper Sports, Evans Scholars – You know, ultimately, Josh Lesnick said, you know, but it was the golf practice that showed us what this place could become.

And...

Yeah,

So we hope that will encourage people from the tech side of the industry to nominate themselves or others.

And we also have Steve Skinner, so the CEO of Kemper Sports.

So obviously Kemper are one of the biggest course operators in the States.

So again, operators will no doubt feature heavily in our nominations and we're delighted to have Steve on board.

But instead, a group of former members bought the club in 2021 and renamed it Cloverbank.

The new owners briefly tried managing it on their own, then in 2022 brought on national sports management organization Kemper Sports to handle the day-to-day.

Kemper Sports' contract ended in 2024, and the club reverted back to being managed in-house.

So there you go.

So another large real estate sale in the Hamburg area.

So I just wanted to share that.

And Kemper Sports, uh, which was awarded the contract for the feasibility study for the sports fields, will be, in, in, in a park-like setting, will be coming into town November 10th, 11th, and 12th, and meeting with some folks.
