All of those eco climate people, I can't stand them.

If you wanna change, uh, how much petrol we're, we're, we're buying, go and do it at the grounds of BP.

Go to the government and do it.

Don't block the everyday people.

But some of Just, Just Stop Oil people have been put in jail for what I think is too long a sentence.

But they are blocking the roads, they should be arrested.

I find it very hypocrisy of what the Labour government's stating at the moment.

for years have covered their faces without this egg cry.

I thought they could have illustrated their protest without as much visual support as was given, but I don't know.

I feel like Just Stop Oil could learn a few things about this.

So the police now have more power to stop and disrupt protests, and they decided that this bunch of racists that wanted to protest about migrants coming were not doing anything when they blocked Britain's biggest international shipping port.

The one that's even more crazy is in July 2024, five Just Stop Oil activists were sentenced to five years in prison each for being in a Zoom call discussing a peaceful protest they were planning.

Seemed like they, they had a pretty light touch response from the police, and I'm just really interested in your thoughts on that.

Um, you know, when you compare the response from the police to, um, protests by the likes of Just Stop Oil, or the absolutely horrendous response of the police to the Sarah Everard vigil.

They blocked the roads, and then they, uh, got arrested, didn't they? So, um, and I see what you mean about a light touch.

And also, I mean, I know we mustn't have double standards and be hypocritical.

We've criticized the Just Stop Oil protesters who blocked roads, and that's what these protesters were doing in response to what's happening in Portsmouth.

So it's both illegal and it's both wrong.

The reason why these individuals were covering their faces is because they are ordinary lads, bricklayers, roofers, et cetera.

it was like National Treasure Works of Art and stuff that they were absolutely ruining, wasn't it? They didn't stop oil at all.
