JSX

We're going to have a great event in Vegas the 19th through the 21st of October.

So it's more than a month away and a very short flight from L.A., whether you're on Southwest or JSX.

It's a very quick flight.

So I hope we see a lot of your listeners out at that event.

And you're going to see these aircraft start coming into the airline industry very soon.

So you have United Air Canada, JSX, they're all getting in line.

And the reason why they all want this is because this is going to reduce operating costs by 40%.

And they're expecting to test flights in 2028.

I'd be like, yeah.

Even sometimes there's one airplane, I guess it's like, it's not really private, but it's called JetX or JetSuiteX, JSX.

And it flies out of Burbank.

And it's like these little planes.

The planes definitely aren't as nice.

I don't want people to get a twist.

You could look up JSX.

But even when I fly that, then when I have to go through the normal airport and other flights, I'm like, gosh, I wish this was JSX.

So that's a very interesting aspect.

And so, yes, I wanted to fly an ATR because, you know, what fun is flying a JSX plush ATR from Scottsdale to Santa Monica when you can fly two and a half hours for eighteen hundred dollars from Edmonton on the first leg up to Cambridge Bay and some of the things that are unique about that.

is that for one, something I've never seen, about a quarter of the plane is for cargo.

So they've actually built on about half the right side of the aircraft is this container, which is like a cargo container in the cabin.

So this massive, like it's their own ingeniously engineered ATR, cargo box.

And in front of that is about 10 feet of just, I think it's a Pilates studio, but this unused space where you can kind of do whatever you want, which I thought was interesting.

And, you know, two and a half hours on ATR, you can't really, what was interesting, you know, here in Florida, we no longer, really, there's not, turboprops in Canada are You know, we're here, it's basically taboo, except JSX.

They are everywhere up there.

One of her ex very best friends [laughs] told me this story, and now it, like, plays in my head.

Um, after season 18, she went on a JSX plane with a bunch of her friends to Vegas, and she tried to pretend like it was private.

It was not.

Anyways, they get to Vegas.

And there's also something happening with what's called Part 135 operations.

You know JSX that are flying out of Santa Monica, for instance.

Oh, yes.

I know JSX really well.

Yeah.

Great

But make it like a membership program.

He was like, huh, that's interesting.
