So it was an online survey using JISC circulated to veterinary students at all of the veterinary schools at the time.

And we used basically personal contact with students and Emily used personal contacts with people she knew, undergraduate students in the veterinary world.

And before you undertook that, you took a gap year? Yes, I did.

So was it always the plan to take a gap year?

And really I came across the Prospects website and I thought, OK, let me have a look.

And there was two apprenticeship classes at the end of the apprenticeship window.

And one of them was for JISC, which is where I work now.

And I thought, I've never heard of them.
