It doesn't sound like Nutrisystem, right? I remember Nutrisystem in like the 90s getting football players to market their shakes, you know, or their meal plan, right? And I remember like maybe it was the 80s, like Dan Marino, like being a spokesperson for Nutrisystem.

And if I look back on that, like I think about, OK, they're definitely marketing to men, but still it wasn't masculine.

And I think that's what's so appealing is like it doesn't sound like Weight Watchers.

Like my mom and my aunts were always on diets like Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, Atkins, like literally they helped fund every diet that was out there.

So I do say that I came by this honestly, because it was so ingrained in me that like small is better.

A woman should always be on a diet.

Weight Watchers was owned by Heinz.

Jenny Craig was owned by Nestle.

The company that owns SlimFast, the same company that owns Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

These companies aren't going to give you the secret to eating less of their food and managing your weight.

So these companies are not going to give you some really effective way to eat less of their food and manage your weight.

My mom brought me to Weight Watchers when I was 12.

I mean, all of those things.

I remember when I was growing up in the, when I was like, you know, 18, 20, the big thing was the Scarsdale diet, which is hilarious.
