The 4th of July summer savings sales event is still ongoing.

The next one on the list was a Ford F-150 pickups that were two-wheel drive.

Jeep Grand Cherokees came in at number three.

The Ford Explorer two-wheel drive came in at number four.

The number one was the Ford Explorer that was four-wheel drive.

Number five was the Dodge Caravan or the Grand Caravan.

Number six was a Jeep Cherokee.

Number seven was a Chevy Blazer.

I can only assume that that was a S10 Blazer for two reasons.

Mm-hmm.

So, uh, there's, there's some really cool old military, um, testing of, like, the Austin Gipsy, uh, and the Jeep versus-

Tens of thousands of Jeeps are being recalled.

Chrysler is recalling up to over 328,000 of various versions of its Jeep Grand Cherokees because the rear coil springs could detach from the vehicles while driving, which increases the risk of a crash, says the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The recall covers 2021 to 23 models.

Stellantis, Chrysler's parent company, says it's not aware of any accidents.

He does have at least one.

And he is washing his Jeep ever so playfully while two women we've never met sunbathe in the coldest time ever in the middle of New Jersey in the summer.

What's up with Stellantis and E-Revs? It's delaying the extended range electric version of the Jeep Grand Wagoneer and Ram 1500 again.

Automotive News reports that suppliers have received memos from the company that production for the Jeep E-Rev has been pushed back to November, a six-month delay, while the Ram E-Rev has been pushed back nine months till April of 2027.

Two of the supplier executives say the delays are to ensure a smooth launch of the powertrain technology, which is new to Stellantis.

But that's basically what the company has been saying since it delayed the original Ram Charger, which was supposed to come out in 2025.
