Well, let's turn to Chip Conley now.

He's the founder of Joie de Vivre Hospitality, a boutique hotel company where he served as CEO for nearly 24 years.

After stepping out of that role in 2010, he went on to work at Airbnb in a mentorship role, and that led him to create the Modern Elder Academy, which he describes as, quote, the world's first midlife wisdom school.

And he joins us from Santa Fe, New Mexico.
