With a ninety-five dollar annual fee and three points per dollar on travel, shipping, advertising, and more, it's one of the best value business cards on the market.

Just be aware, starting October first, transfers from Ink Preferred accounts to World of Hyatt will drop from a one-to-one ratio to a four-to-three ratio.

If Hyatt transfers matter to you, consider locking in your transfers before then, or look at holding a Sapphire Reserve to maintain the full ratio.

For authorized user fans, there's some helpful guidance out there right now on which cards offer the best perks for additional cardholders.

Yeah, it's, it is to my mind by far the most comprehensive starting point to start your search for hotels and really narrow in on exactly what you want.

Do you only want a four or five-star hotel? Do you have a budget that's somewhere in the neighborhood of under $300 a night? Are there specific hotel chains that you wanna stay with? You can filter for all of those and really kinda narrow down on exactly what it is you want, and then I think you go off elsewhere and you book directly with Hyatt or with Hilton or wherever else.

Yeah, exactly.

Um, plus Google Hotels is connected to Google Maps very closely, which is another crucial stop to seeing, you know, where a hotel is located and how far it is from the places that you wanna go.

They are the only one, not the only one.

Okay, so they still transfer to Hyatt one to one.

With Chase, things are getting a little trickier.

So if you have the Sapphire Reserve personal or business, you can still transfer one to one, but starting October 1st, if you have the Sapphire Preferred or the Ink Preferred, the, that transfer is moving to four to three to Hyatt.

So I like that Bilt still transfers one to one to Hyatt, no matter which card you have, or even if you don't have cards, you're just earning Bilt points, um, you can still transfer one to one to Hyatt.

Not all of their h- of their hotel partners are one to one, but most of them are.

They also transfer to Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Wyndham.

Again, I don't necessarily think it's worth transferring t- your Bilt points to those.

I often, when I'm flying out from the United States, I really kind of risk it.

I'll like spend the day just working from the lounge at an airport or I'll fly in the night before, use one of my hotel certificates that come with my Hyatt card or Marriott card or something because I'm so paranoid on the way out.

But on the way back, I just want to get home.

And so if I'm landing in Los Angeles, I've cut it by like two hours.

I had my first trip to, to Greenville, South Carolina, and my wife and I were going to see Morgan Wallen in concert, uh, just outside of Greenville, and it was in Clemson.

And it, it was funny because we planned this trip, we looked at the Morgan Wallen concert lineup, right? And decided, "Okay, Greenville would be a really fun place to go, so we're gonna, we're gonna go to see Morgan Wallen there." And when we got there, we're walking up and down the beautiful main street of Greenville, South Carolina, and I had to run to the restroom, and I was in my workout clothes, you know, and I ran into the Hyatt hotel that was right there on, on downtown.

And I walk in, and TTRA just happens to be going on at that exact time, and I am seeing people that I know from the industry, and it was just so, like, random to me that I'm walking down Main Street in Greenville, South Carolina, I run into this hotel to use the restroom, and I ended up-- My, my wife is like, "What took you so long?" But I ended up running into so many people that I know.

It was, it was kind of funny.

For the first time, Houston, not in time, as Brock left to the bunk, didn't offer, and it was outside in the half.

Rental cars is another really good one to cover with these points.

And some of the other things that I actually just recently did was I booked Xcaret Resort in Mexico on Capital One Points because this resort was not affiliated with Hyatt or Hilton or any of those And this was the best way to book directly with the hotel and then erase my purchase.

I also just did this with Dollywood.

I stayed at the Dollywood resort.

But there's so much flexibility when it comes to Capital One for you to be able to erase these.

And it's a really, really simple process that some people just don't realize and they kind of miss.

And so if there's something that you want to cover, if you're just going to stay at like a really nice Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott property, or if there's something like that available where you're going, That is always going to be the best way to use your points with other banks or even transferring your Capital One miles out to hotels and stuff.

But sometimes there's different things that you want to do.

I start at the Alt Club with two shots of espresso diluted with some regular coffee, and then I walk.

I go to the Marriott Hotel, then over to the Salt Palace, the Hyatt Regency, then the Hilton, then finally the Little America and the Grand America Hotel, one across the street from the other.

And I keep a log of these walks because I enjoy seeing what conventions and industries come through Salt Lake City.

One morning, there wasn't much happening at the Salt Palace, but I saw people setting things up.

You know, I mean, like J.B. Pritzker is an heir to the Hyatt money.

His life has not been like the lives of the average person.

But in this way, to Chuck's point, he still does.
