Now, going quickly here, if I go to my local doctor's office, I get bills from my local hospital, which tells me that my local doctor's office is not my local doctor's office, it's an office of my local hospital.

Here's the thing about that, though, my local hospital is not owned locally, it's owned by the Huntsville Hospital, and these things I know.

Uh, so basically the entire northern third of the state, uh, is controlled by the Huntsville Hospital system, which is, you know, effectively a monopoly for both patients and for workers who wanna work at hospitals.
