And this also means that they will be the highest one most of the time in whatever cases they are.

they get back, especially, and this is right now, if there is no referee or independent platform that then looks at it from the other side and says, hey, there are actually customer reviews.

This is a natural thing of the market pressure, I would say.

But the one that actually did this and we talked to them directly and reported this and everything was Hostoway at that time.

And per se, though, I think HostAway, there's no question that HostAway is a really valuable, amazing tool.

But just the way that they sold it to somebody in a country that was where the features were not available, or they sold features that weren't available, was is this huge problem? And then I don't say HostAway is bad.

Since the, I don't even know what days, like the very early days when I wasn't even a hype worth yet, I would say.

But since then I've done anything from running small startups, trying to help get to product market fit, help scale-ups like HostAway grow through the next phases of growth, and also done like large-scale thousand plus FTE kind of digital transformations in more like enterprise environments.

But most noticeably I would say is like, I don't have a background in the SDR space, and that is deliberately.

a choice by HostAway as well, is that we try to always find people that are the best in their fields and try to get outside in best practices applied inside our industry.

So I'm trying to raise the bar, not just for HostAway, but also I think what is possible with a core system of record like HostAway is for many of our customers.

You mentioned this idea of coming from outside the industry, but now that you've been in it for a few years, what has changed? What are the things that you've learned over the last few years about? Obviously, you've learned a lot about the tech stack and how to put things together and all that kind of stuff.
