And, and I think, you know, when you have a place like Dearborn that has a influx of professionals, but you also have a influx of students from U of M Dearborn.

You have a influx of students from, from Henry Ford community, so, or Henry Ford College.

And so you have a lot of young, youthful, and young professional energy.

And yeah, where are they gonna go to work? Or, or, you know, work on their, their, uh, their assignments.

And Russ has taken one of the more interesting routes imaginable to the president's office.

Western Michigan aviation student, commercial airline captain, law school, Michigan Supreme Court law clerk, federal prosecutor, back to Western running flight operations, seven years as president of Henry Ford College, and then back home as Western Michigan University's 10th president.
