Henrico County

Um, but again, that's at full build-out, right? We- construction has barely started on many of these, so we're talking about that long-term game.

And that, that has been something that's been controversial for forever, right? Where residents are like, "Okay, we're, we're building this now, it's impacting us now, but we're not seeing the gains from it." Um, I do know that Henrico, which has also indicated to me that they are not wanting more data centers, in large part because of that public opposition, you know, even their, their push, their, the only push that I've really heard from them is, "Hey," like, "we're putting it toward affordable housing." You know? They, that was a huge thing of using their revenue to help, uh, go toward affordable housing.

And Chesterfield recently said, delayed a, um, a vote on cutting car taxes, right? Using the revenue to cut car taxes, and supervisors and residents were questioning, you know, is that money better spent on schools, infrastructure, housing? And so we're seeing two things happening, right? Where that revenue for us is still pretty far off, and, or, or at least not at where we would be at full bu- build-out.

But there's also this other side where residents, supervisors, uh, you know, are like, "Okay, but where should that revenue go?" And Chesterfield had this plan, "Okay, let's use it to cut the car taxes," and then there was pushback from even residents who were like, "Actually, no, I don't think that's the best, you know, source for it." And so I think that's, that's where we're at right now, and we're really maybe in that building stage that Loudoun was in years and years and years ago.

They have their own jurisdiction, their own thing.

And then, so Henrico County surrounds Richmond.

Now, a lot of the more richer people live in Henrico County, white, quote-unquote.

What's going on, guys? This is Mole coming to you live and direct from the Arcadian streets of Henrico County, Virginia.

Started a new job this week, so pretty excited about that.

Um, yeah, man, uh, you know, meet the new boss, same as the old boss, but, uh, you know, happy to have happy to be here.

Right.

And then all of a sudden a thumb drive shows up in Henrico County, which is the bluest county with 15,000 votes on it, and we lose our lead, and we lose the election.

And we're sitting here like, how do we challenge this? It's like, they didn't do anything illegal.

Right.

I was sort of thrown into the fire, like, okay, well, you know, we liked the deal we, and, and, um, and then I, and there's a couple others I'll talk about.

So another one was in new Kent county, Larger project, 250 acres at Bottoms Bridge right on the Henrico border.

Project called Patriot's Landing.

That was another one we acquired.

Indicted for sex crimes with a minor.

As Henrico's top prosecutor, I didn't care that he was a Democrat or the pressure that I got to make it go away, so I called for a special prosecutor.

He broke the law.

Delinquency of a minor.
