I think a lot of it comes from the state of Oregon, at least if it's a Harry and David brand.

It's just top notch organic produce and fruit and great stuff.

So it's really interesting.

Where I live in Oregon, southern Oregon, it's the pear industry, Harry and David.

My brother used to send me Harry and David every d- every year for Christmas, and I go, "Don, they're, they're down the street.

You, you don't have to-"

[laughs] I can just, I can just go down the corner

However, it is the highest purchase gift as far as quantity and dollar amount and consumers are receiving three business gifts a year.

That means the buyers are going to Sam's club, Walmart, Harry and David, all of these unbranded opportunities.

So they're losing budgeting, equity, brand allegiance, brand legacy, heritage in their name, and this multisensory building by not having their brand be present in this gift-giving

opportunity.

Around there.

Because there's like Harry and David's.

There's wineries.

There's cheeseries.

The person on the phone just realized, you know what, I want to send something extra to this guy.

And so went online to Harry and David, sent some pears to the man.

The man writes a note to the CEO of the insurance company and says, there's no way she could have known this, but pears were my wife's favorite fruit.

And that your employee was able to do something like that, that's a story the CEO now gets to tell.
