Hungry, hopeful, and slightly suspicious, it's time to judge the vegan scene.

How easy is it to find vegan options? Well, we always use an app called Happy Cow, and there are things on Happy Cow in Dubai.

So, like, I know we've said this is about the UAE in general, but Dubai is where we spend most of our time.

And I would say it's somewhere between a three and a four.

And so I visited all these different countries and seen how they're progressing in terms of excellent plant-based foods.

You can look on happycow.net, by the way, when you go traveling and see some restaurants near where you are.

If you're looking for vegan ones or vegetarian ones or ones that will suit a group of mixed dietary choices, you look at VegFriendly.

So, yeah, okay.

First of all, encourage your friends to go to restaurants where there are at least vegan or vegetarian options.

Happy Cow is a great app to find restaurants near you.

You can check menus before you go and say, hmm, is there anything I can find there? You can even phone ahead and ask the restaurant if they can make slight tweaks and do something special for you.

And they will often oblige.
