Farm business leadership, so let's take it from one generation to the next or whoever you've hired to take over.

Do we need, as farm businesses, to start looking at the skills that are taking over these large entities same way a bank or a GrainCorp would or a CBH would? In other words, do you have the executive skills and leadership skills to take over this entity? And if not, can you please go and obtain them?

Accountability, but that goes both ways, doesn't it? So it's accountability is you as a young leader entering the industry, but you as the incumbent leader who are now the current leaders of these emerging people.

So is it just as important whether you're the senior manager within GrainCorp or you're a father running a large farming operation in, you know, in the s- in the Central East, you being accountable as well? No, it's not, it's not do as I say, not as I do.

Emergency services have rescued a man who became trapped in a grain silo at a GrainCorp facility in the central Victorian town of Dunolly yesterday.

Paramedics, fire crews, police, and an air ambulance helicopter were called to the site yesterday around three thirty PM and worked for about three hours to free the man.

One person was treated and assessed at the scene, and the worker, aged in his sixties, was airlifted to Bendigo Health in a stable condition.

A spokesperson for GrainCorp confirmed the man had been safely removed and thanked emergency services for their swift response.
