Good Store

Um, it's tr- it's so weird.

I had this conversation with a, with a guy who's the CEO of a big e-commerce company, and I was like, "What can we do at Good Store to do a better job?" And he just, like, pitched me on a series of manipulative tactics that I find completely morally objectionable.

Right.

Um, I just don't, we just don't include this, actually [laughs] because he convinced me.

It really creates that bridge for them.

There's also Good Store.

Yeah, we also have a design department as well.

But yeah, Good Store is a huge part of that as well.

Hank and John under the DFTBA umbrella, which by the way, DFTBA stands for don't forget to be awesome.

Um, I, I think that there is an element of wanting to maintain the brotherly project, like knowing that we're closer when we share more- Mm-hmm ... professional stuff because that's just the way we are wired as people.

But I think that the s- I'm interested in working most on the stuff that you really value, um, whether that's Good Store or, uh- Mm-hmm ...

Smush, you know? [laughs] Because it's the stuff that you think is cool that, like, drives you, and, like, there's something fun and exciting about being in the, in the seat with you, like w- like being the tail to the comet as you're, like, streaking across the sky on some new project or whatever.

So I, I, I think that's a big part of it.
