Ambition Institute

I think...

Organisations like Ambition Institute, which is a charity that has the largest cohort of early careers teachers, this is teaching their first and second year of teaching post-training, have done a huge amount of work in kind of shifting the narrative and shifting our understanding of what makes really good professional development for teachers and what that looks like is making sure that we draw on the evidence about how adults learn and how we can use that to construct really great professional development programs for teachers.

Incredible.

And I saw that you're working with over 200,000 teachers.
