Now another crime story.

A forty-one-year-old man carrying three fruit knives walked into a Fubon Life office in Taipei's Zhongshan District and attacked a thirty-eight-year-old insurance agent in the restroom, leaving both men seriously injured.

The agent suffered wounds to the back of his neck, chest, thighs, and wrists and required a tracheotomy.

The suspect was also injured during the struggle.

Fubon Life said the suspect was not a policyholder and did not know the victim.

Police said the two began arguing in the office restroom before the violence erupted, and they are still investigating the motive.
