So the research found workers are increasingly looking for strong leadership, good career opportunities, they say, competitive pay and benefits as well.

And Randstad says younger workers are particularly focused on building skills that will remain relevant, while older workers place a lot more value on stability and predictability.

Good money and competitive benefits as well, they say.

But rounding up the top spot, so Assure Quality was third.

Randstad did the survey, I should say, and they tell me that it's about people wanting trustworthy employers that they can have faith in to navigate change.

Because I guess the job market at the moment is a bit scary, unpredictable.

We've got, we've gotta be clever about what we do and what we're best in the world at.

Look at great companies like Rocket Lab, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Xero.

I mean, all great examples of, of knowledge work from this part of the world.

It is going towards short-duration certainty, or it is going towards where there is quality, so long-duration quality.

So one of the stocks in my universe that did very well is Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.

So there's only like three or four companies in the world that actually provide that solution to the world, which is CPAP machines or critical oxygen support, airway support in hospital environment.

And they did very well.

He said it needed more money.
