Tim Herron was one of them.

And the Firearms Policy Coalition standing right next to all of them.

They went to court and said, hey, this ban violates the Second Amendment.

Now, not surprisingly, they lost at the trial level.

little more equal than the rest of us, right? So Firearms Policy Coalition did an awesome job of partnering with us.

We launched this case, and after that, CRPA actually launched a very similar case in a different part of California, and boom, we were off and running.

Both cases have had their ups and downs and their strengths and their weaknesses, and they were in front of two different judges for a while, so they've now basically been combined.

And the latest news is Firearms Policy Coalition, the Renna case, our case that we're a part of, that I'm very proud to be a part of, has added the AB 1127 Glock ridiculousness to the Renna case.

Basically saying, hey, we're already suing on all the ridiculousness of the roster.

Which, by the way...

You can actually even sell it as a private party.

There's the Jensen clients, and then there's, like, the GOA Silencer Shop clients.

And so I started off like that, like, "Hey, you are covered by these protections, specifically if you are, you know, a Silencer Shop customer, or a GOA member, or, uh, an FPC, uh, AF member specifically, that will cover you by these." And so I did my research.

I talked to a lawyer.

[laughs] A lot of people didn't realize that I actually did consult an attorney on that video.

Yeah

... you know, the suppressors, you gotta be part of GOA Plus.

And if you wanna be a part of the short-barreled rifles, you gotta be, you gotta be signed up for FPC Prime.

We, we appreciate the, the support that we've received.

These guys are fighting for our rights.

Um, they are fighting a tough battle t- trying to stop, uh, our, our gun rights from leaving the, uh, the, the whole West Coast.

Without their efforts, there's no use in continuing primary and secondary, 'cause there go our rights.

So yeah.

On Thursday, and this was an FPC case, by the way, ladies and gentlemen, but on Thursday, the opinion of the US District Court made clear, quote, "Plaintiffs have been forced to dispossess themselves of firearms they lawfully owned before Delaware passed the possession and manufacturing and assembly bans.

Now, the only thing preventing them from exercising their Second Amendment rights to repossess those firearms is an unconstitutional statute." That deprivation, quote, "For even minimal periods of time unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury." When we come back, I'll tell you what the Firearms Policy Coalition had to say about the victory in the case because it is a major victory.

... and guys, that's because of groups like Second Amendment Foundation, National Rifle Association, California Rifle & Pistol, Firearms Policy Coalition, Gun Owners of America, and I'll throw NAGR in there as well, who's also done some great work as of late.

And the individual states' rights organizations themselves, if you live in New York, if you live in New Jersey, if you live in Illinois, if you live in Massachusetts, Connecticut, the usual suspects.

I've found I've been posting a bit with Firearms Policy Coalition, and when they post something that I that I appreciate, it gets reposted on my page.

And then you get the people that their immediate response is shall not be infringed.

Consider joining pro-2A groups such as GOA, Second Amendment Foundation, and the Firearms Policy Coalition.

Folks, if you haven't realized, those, particularly those three pro-2A groups right there, we have them to thank for a lot of these rights that are being restored to us right now.

It's actually basically a... amalgamation of a bunch of different updates judicial updates and different cases that are pending and what not on the gunmag.com and specifically we're going to highlight a couple of things here that we thought you'd want to know about something out of New York and something for the Supreme Court So let's talk about the New York thing.

We've got the Second Amendment Foundation, the NRA, and Firearms Policy Coalition.

They're involved as part of a lawsuit there.

It's called Firing Pen LLC v. James.

I was actually meaning to say Firearms Policy Coalition.

It's just we've been talking about NRA.

Something like that.

So I encourage you guys to do that, not necessarily because of this injunction, because GOA, FPC and the Second Amendment Foundation are three of the best organizations out there fighting the good fight.

There's a lot of people that always point to the NRA, and NRA does its thing and knows its place, but I feel that these other three organizations are doing a better job.

That's my opinion.

I think, put my tinfoil hat on, I think this may all be by design.

It may be that the gun industry and their lobby, we're not talking NRA, we're not talking GOA, SAF, FPC, we're not talking about them as a lobby, we're talking about the actual lobbyists.

I've probably gone to the government and said, hey, gun industry is really hurting right now.
