Vital Vegas reports that the downtown Grand has a new buyer.

The hotel, which has been in receivership, received a purchase deposit of $2.7 million from, quote, Vegas Ventures LLC, a relatively unknown company filed in Massachusetts.

Which is funny, and it's a good thing I read the notes because when you said that Fifth Street that runs downtown was gonna run Oyo, I'm like, wait a minute, I thought downtown was for sale, but it's the hotel and the property that's for sale, not the gaming operations, so that makes more sense.
