Eataly

I was in the North Park Mall in Dallas, Texas with my family.

They had an Eataly.

I wanted to go to Eataly.

Eataly.

Yeah.

I love Italy.

Yes.

And I think the new Eataly actually opens up today.

Yes.

And we're talking on, in November, what's the date today? November 27, 28.

So the new Eataly Outpost.

It doesn't look like a full Eataly by the look of the plan, right? It looks kind of like an outpost, yeah? Yeah.

Yeah, I've seen a few photos.

I think they had a pre-opening the other day, but I think it's going to be really interesting for the Eaton Center and also the commuters going through the Eaton Center.

So that's a great way to do it.

So, so that's a great ex- I'll give you another interesting one that's rather different, but, uh, have you ever been to an Eataly?

E- Eataly is the, I think the most vibrant retail experience in the world, and it's a grocery store.

How do you spell it?

E-A-T-A-L-Y.

They sell the appliances.

They even have an immersion f- feed cooking school where you learn how to become an Italian chef.
