Doane University

Um, basketball, what's happened since we play- last talked? Let's see, Wednesday, Saturday.

That's the Saturday game against Doane.

Here's the weekend.

Mm-hmm.

Against the Doane Tigers.

Mm-hmm.

Um, as you watched it, it's like how did that first outcome occur-

Uh, she had a great week for that matter.

And I've heard all their wide receivers are very fast, uh, this year, so they're really gonna spread you out and get you down the field.

Let's talk about some other matchups, uh, and in, in Doane in, in Crete, um, Waldorf and Doane, uh, still looking for that first win, so, um, they're trying to get the positive right there.

Well, I think so.

You know, I, I, I know I, I was speaking with Waldorf this week a little bit.

Uh, the, the wider margins are gone from the early weeks.

So yeah, this should be a great matchup.

Doane's coming off the bye, so, uh, see if they changed a lot of things, maybe put some new schemes in now having a week off and, and those types of things.

We'll have to see how that plays out at Crete.

Let's talk some men's soccer, women's soccer, volleyball, and cross country, and we'll start off with the volleyball slate of things for your Saturday, and it looks a little bit like this.

Doane is at Midland, Dakota Wesleyan is at Northwestern, Hastings goes to Concordia, and Waldorf hosts Dordt.

The Doane, Midland, Dakota Wesleyan, Northwestern matches start at 3:00, Hastings and C- Concordia start at 4:00, and Wa- Dordt at Waldorf starts at 5:00 PM.

Before we start on Saturday's matches, Corey, I wanna go back to Wednesday's five-set thriller at Alley Gymnasium between Morningside and Dordt, Dordt winning the first two sets to Morningside coming back to reverse sweep the Defenders.

It was just a memorable, memorable match to witness in the Rosenblum Sports Center.

That's gonna be a really neat venue when it's all said and done.

Jumping on over to the pitch side now, we'll start off with the women's soccer schedule, since most of those kickoffs are first before the men.

The slate looks like this: Northwest- uh, Northwestern hosts Midland, Hastings face Briar Cliff, Morningside hosts Doane at 1:00.
