wanted to dig into this a little bit.
AdrienneHOST

Norris HowardHOST
4:08
Yeah.
AdrienneHOST
4:08
I was like, how much are these people making? Because, you know, maybe I need a side hustle.
Adam SwartGUEST
8:25
Israel, Palestine, ICE versus the protesters, all that stuff.
Adam SwartGUEST
8:31
I try to stay out of that because I feel like the value of Crowds on Demand and what we do is the ability to...
Adam SwartGUEST
8:41
Catalyze a movement that isn't created, right? We're not at our best merely providing bodies, if you see what I'm saying.
Adam SwartGUEST
8:52
So one of my favorites was Delete Facebook.

Is there any last words you would like to say before we conclude this recording?
Adam SwartGUEST
32:00
Well, I will tell you this.
Adam SwartGUEST
32:02
I will leave your followers with this advice, is that a lot of what we do in Crowds on Demand isn't even political, you know? And a lot of what we do is really help people advocate effectively for cause, whether it's business, business dispute, like, whatever.
Adam SwartGUEST
32:17
And let me just kind of end by giving, like, your... your folks a couple tips when they are involved in an advocacy problem right like let's just say you're late on your rent you know you got a new job between jobs whatever and uh you know a lot of times people like to explain why something they they have number one they don't come after the right person right so you're bothering your superintendent about your rent when they don't have the power to give you the extension right number two they're using the wrong arguments okay first of all you want to talk to your landlord the person who actually has in the the authority to give you the extension number two you have to give uh reasons for why it should matter to them well maybe the carrot is i just got a new job i'll be current in two months and maybe the stick is if you want to evict me i'm going to make that a more challenging process legally right so look and then num you know too like you know you have to you have to ensure that uh That the you don't just get lip service.
William J. FedererGUEST
38:24
We're gonna do demonstrations.
William J. FedererGUEST
38:25
We're gonna..." There's actually a website, um, that you can go to, and it's, um, uh, Crowds on Demand.
William J. FedererGUEST
38:33
Crowds on Demand.
William J. FedererGUEST
38:34
Uh, I encourage people to go look it up, Crowds on Demand.
William J. FedererGUEST
38:37
You, you rent a crowd.
William J. FedererGUEST
38:39
This is what all these, uh, socialists, George Soros-type people do.
Sidney PinesGUEST
12:57
[laughs]
Joseph SteagallHOST
12:58
You know, I, when I had talked to you, I have had Adam Swart on, right? CEO of Crowds On Demand, been on three times.
Joseph SteagallHOST
13:05
Very informational guy, and one of the things that really stuck out to me and that you said is, you know, he had told me 99% of what would 60 years ago be considered an organic movement is paid.
Joseph SteagallHOST
13:18
99%.
Anthony RogersHOST
15:39
I haven't, um, like, like I haven't, um, I, like I haven't, I haven't talked to anybody that's done what you've done, which is kind of interesting, brother.
Anthony RogersHOST
15:46
So like, uh, Crowds On Demand basically is like, uh, from what I understand, and obviously you're the CEO, correct wherever I'm wrong.
Anthony RogersHOST
15:51
But, um, but basically, and again, if you're watching at home, this is Adam Swart.
Anthony RogersHOST
15:54
We just sw- we just, uh, did a 180 from weather to Adam Swart from the CEO of Crowds On Demand for everybody watching at home.
Anthony RogersHOST
16:00
Sorry about that.
Anthony RogersHOST
16:01
I'm bad at segues.

Ed HoffmanHOST

And when reporters asked them, you know, why they were protesting, they didn't really understand what they were protesting.
Ed HoffmanHOST
21:11
And remember our talk about the website crowdsondemand.com. You know, hey, you want a crowd of people to show up for your protest or for your event? Just call us and we'll charge you per person and we'll pay these guys to go out there and show up.
Ed HoffmanHOST
21:26
So hard to imagine that might be going on all over the world, but it does.
Ed HoffmanHOST
21:32
You know, with the internet, everybody learns from everybody else, and so they see this stuff going on, and hence we see it.
Kevin StollaHOST

Today, we have a very special guest on for you.
Kevin StollaHOST

It's Adam Swart, founder and CEO of Crowds on Demand, a company that organizes crowds, protests, rallies, and advocacy campaigns.

Adam got his start in politics while attending UCLA, where he volunteered on Jerry Brown's successful 2010 campaign for governor of California.
Kevin StollaHOST

That experience helped give him the idea for Crowds on Demand, which he founded in 2012.
