Um, so, uh, for folks who are, uh, listening, Ian is the chief executive officer of the Australian Investor Relations Association.

Uh, Ian was the former global head of Computershare Analytics, the investor relations and market intelligence arm of Computershare.

Prior to that, he was a partner at Aurion Capital, and prior to that was the executive director of the Australian Investment Managers Association.

Uh, earlier in his career, Ian also held senior positions at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Westpac Banking, and was an advisor to the Honorable Alexander Downer, who is a member of Parliament.

So it's within their power.

Um, it's within the registrar currently who they use, Computershare, to go to them and switch on a switch to say, "Go and u- reunite all the lost shareholders." Um, and that's, that's it within Celtic's gift.

So our resolution is effectively that.

Go out to the 27,000 ordinary shareholders and make sure that they're all connected with their property.

Whether that's an emotional value or whether it's a financial value, it's their property.

Um, and we just don't believe Celtic want to do anything about that or haven't wanted to do anything about that.

And the resolution that we're bringing forward is basically to say, "Now's the time to do it." You've got the, the, the capability within your current registrar, Computershare, which is the register holder.

Um, they can...

The other thing, I'll just briefly mention it, and it's not actually on ShareSafe.

It's some research I did in Australia with ComputerShare Australia and a colleague, Michelle Brown, at Melbourne Uni.

We looked at who goes into salary sacrifice plans in Australia, and we found that once you join... on an annual plan you tend to keep on joining year in year out but equally if if you don't join early on there's quite a strong probability that you're just going to decline future invitations as well so the role of habit seems to be be quite important and i think that has some Interesting implications for the cons about share plans.

I think to the people that just repeatedly say no, that's what's on that later on.

And Computershare expects another year of earnings growth, forecasting FY27 EPS to rise around 6%.

to $1.54, while lifting its full-year dividend 29% to $1.20.
