Today, we have my friend, Thomas Arnett, from the Christensen Institute, and we are going to discuss some new research, Tom, that you and your organization have done about teaching during COVID-19 pandemic.

What are some of the findings of your research, and would you describe it to us a little bit in terms of the audience that you surveyed?

Yeah.

... physically there, so.

And I also started to pay attention to education entrepreneurs who were sort of thinking more about the social side of opportunity.

I took a very expensive detour through law school, determined I did not want to be a lawyer, and found by both luck and my network a role at the Clayton Christensen Institute in 2013.

Now, this was a really interesting opportunity to me because, first of all, Clay and his colleague Michael Horn, who created the Institute, were bringing a lot of rigor to the idea of innovation in education.

It wasn't just like try something new, treat kids as guinea pigs, and fingers crossed something good comes out the other side.

And tell us maybe also who helped you get to where you are today.

It's a question that I love to ask since I had Julia Freeland Fisher from the Christensen Institute on the show.

And she made me realize that we all come from somewhere and that we had some fairies, some little fairies, people who helped us get where we are.

So I love to ask this question since then.
