Even if rationally you would never say the weight of the cutlery affects the flavor of the food, the quality perception, the willingness to pay of the food, this study shows it does.

And we have a nonprofit example, Christian Aid, which tested this same hypothesis in a completely different setting.

They had a randomized fundraising trial.

They sent out an appeal for fundraising in a heavier-weighted envelope.

So lovely similar ex- uh, insight in a completely different field.

Yeah.

And, and to me, I really like that Christian Aid example because if you didn't know about some of these experiments about weight signifying quality, you would never think of testing that.

And as you said, people would never mention if probed that they like the food more 'cause of the weight of the cutlery.

I said, you know, it's not rocket science and it can be explained.

And when you explain it, anyway, so then to my surprise, one of the guys that appointed me was a very wealthy man and I had to meet them in the Christian aid in Mayfair of all places.

And I came out and my husband said, oh, well, you messed that up, didn't you? I said, yeah, I think I did because I told him, you know, they couldn't just go to Washington and get the debt canceled.

Anyway, as a result, I get hired and I decide that, right, what we're going to do is a big education campaign.

But the point was...

It was essential to kind of focus in on the ask and on the way in which we were going and who we were going to bring in on the story and the branding and all of that stuff we had to get right.

And it took not just me, but the team at the front, you know, the leadership team, because everybody else has got lots of, you know, so Christian Aid was only too glad to put Jubilee 2000 all over their website.

But it's my livelihood at the other end.

So I used to go to India on paid gigs from the charities like, you know, the Christian Aid and-

So when I was a student, I did, uh, voluntary work for a photographic agency called Network.

Mm.

And they were all guys who went round the world doing worthy photojournalism, and that's how I learned how to get money from Christian Aid, et cetera.

And they were all lefties, you know? They were all, you know, Hackney, Kentish Town kind of people.

Start the clock.

Do you believe Benjamin Netanyahu, Itmar Ben-Gavir, and Bizarro Smotrich about what's been happening in Gaza? Or do you believe the UN Independent Commission of Inquiry, the UN Special Committee, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, the UN Special Rapporteur for the Occupied Palestinian Territories, 14 other UN Special Rapporteurs, the former UN Humanitarian Chief, UNICEF, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Bet Salem, Geisha, Physicians for Human Rights Israel, Doctors Without Borders, Oxfam, Save the Children, Christian Aid, Action X, Moses, Those

are the only two sides of that, by the way.

And it's not even a question of what are the facts.

And where that priority is forgotten, the only source of true hope for this world and its people, and where that proclamation of the gospel of the cross is sidelined, everything is lost.

That's why it was such a pointed statement years back when the organization called Christian Aid got a new slogan, which was this, we believe in life before death.

It was deliberately sneering and saying, we don't want a gospel of the future.

We're not interested in the conquest of death.

Pro-Israel commentators keep saying things like, if Israel wanted to kill every Gazan, as if this is some sort of defense of Israel's morality, end quote, to which Nate Smith's reply begins, Israel hasn't committed genocide yet.

Aren't you even listening? So in the few seconds remaining, let me just list a few of the people, experts, who have affirmed that Israel is committing conducting genocide, United Nations Independent Commission of Inquiry, International Association of Genocide Scholars, Doctors Without Borders, Beth Salem, which is an Israeli human rights group, Amnesty International, Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention, Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor, Center for Constitutional Rights, International Federation for Human Rights, Mennonite Central Committee, American Friends Service Committee, United States Special Committee to Investigate, European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights, Human Rights Watch, Christian Aid, Médecins Demands, Defense for Children International, Oxfam.
