Choya Umeshu

Would you like to introduce the products of Choya lined up on this table?

Today, we have brought four types of products from our company.

The first one is the sparkling wine from CHOYA.

The alcohol content is 5.5% and it is very easy to drink, so it is a great product for each celebration.

Another one is Uji Green Tea.

there's a beverage that I love that's umeshu that is made with the Japanese ume plums they make umeboshi out of and you use rock sugar and the plums and you let the rock sugar break down the proteins and sugars in the plum and then you filter that out but you leave some of the plums and it's that's real plum wine not just like plum flavoring wine And Choya is like the brand.

There's good ones with honey, some with shiso, which I love the shiso ones.

And it's so refreshing to have in the summer.
