Monocle's Anita Riota sat down with Chaps Vision Group general manager Silvano Sanson in our Paris studio to learn how they plan on making themselves serious competitors in this space.

She started by asking him why Europe needs its own sovereign AI capability.

Zooming out, if Palantir keeps adding US defense orders and wins more media data deals, the P&L can absorb UK turbulence.

The question is political contagion.
