To me, obviously, there's some repeated schools on there, but that is geographic representation.

And I was thrumming through all these different college catalogs.

And here was a picture of a falconer at Central Washington University in Ellensburg.

And I thought, I'm going there.

This is the Falconry College.

This is, I've been, this has been eating away at me.

So, um, getting back to that choice of becoming a teacher.

Uh, so I'm, I'm graduated from, uh, uh, Central Washington University with a degree in biology.

This is 1978, 79, I think 79.

How many years does he have left in terms of playing? Do you know?

What is he? That Central Washington guy, right?

Yeah, so he came from C-Dub.

I want to say it might be his senior year.

Bentley, who was a playoff team last year.

Also, Central Washington, number nine in the country, right, in their first three games.

It is hard for me to justify why Grand Valley would even entertain something like this.

I know the starters were out after the first quarter, and that's what someone told me.

It's a wild story.

Yeah, went to, as they all are, aren't they? I went down the college radio route, went to school in a Division II school in Washington, Central Washington University.

In a college town, Ellensburg, Washington.

And then went through four years and change.

I feel more recharged now with doing the teaching and the educating and the customer conversations.

And in addition to still, yeah, I still teach a couple of classes at Central Washington and Columbia Southern to this day.

one of the things that i am personally obsessed with is is the notion of actual and perceived time i and you know i collect old watches i love the the so that's sort of the the mechanical element of time But I also, there's a perceived time, you know, we view as we grow and change time differently.

And the example I'll use, and this is important from a career standpoint, and there's a point to this, even though it may not seem like at the beginning of my meandering here, is when you're a child and you have an hour to go play, that hour is almost infinite in the way that it feels.
