Cementos De Chihuahua, S.A. De C.V.

here, every aspect, every aspect of what I've ever done has come together and has allowed me to be able to represent El Paso knowing, you know, if it's education, I've been in education.

If it's construction, I was a... general manager of a ready-mix business, Cementos de Chihuahua.

If it has anything to do with hospitals, I was very involved in hospitals.

So it sort of led me to a place that I know that I couldn't have designed myself.

It's because of the things that you bring to the table.

We're one of the most incredible workforces in the country, if not in the world, dedicated, we wanna learn, we put a lot of energy into it, and it's not something I've made up.

I mean, I work with Cementos at Chihuahua throughout the country, and we don't see the workforce that we have here.

So I look at them, I said, don't forget that the reason that there's growth and development in this company is because of your hard work.
