And today I am with Tracy Horner, who is the head of Lend With Care and Care International.

And the reason why Tracy's here is because not many of you all know yet, but I used to years ago do charity cycle rides and I love all that Tracy and the team do.

And I've signed up to cycle across Tanzania next year with you guys, haven't I? So welcome, Tracy.

It's going to be my seventh ride for care and Lend With Care.

So I did my first one in 2015 and I was just coming up to my 50th birthday.

And I worked for Care International and the first ride was kind of organized to Vietnam to Cambodia.

And I thought, oh, I'm going to sign that.

World Central Kitchen is providing fresh meals in Nepal.

UN agencies, including UNICEF, the World Food Program, and the World Health Organization are supporting emergency response efforts, while CARE International and the Nepal Red Cross Society are delivering shelter, clean water, medical supplies, and other essentials.

And we'll have links on Food Tank's website for those organizations for anyone who is able to support their work.

Disasters like this also make the need for climate resilience painfully clear.
