Canyon Ranch

And you know, one thing I love about the Berkshires is that it's this Mecca for wellness.

So sure, you have Kripalu, you have Canyon Ranch, you have Miraval.

So you have a lot of spas and the kind of wellness retreats, but then you also have all the natural amenities.

You have the hiking, you have the skiing in the winter, you have great golf, a lot of outdoor stuff, a really strong recovery community, but also a lot of substance use and addiction issues, especially in central and northern Berkshire County.

We're great beneficiaries through our ownership of The Venetian to have Sphere sitting on our land in Las Vegas, right? I mean, that is, that is an innovation that has had a global impact.

I was in the UK about a year ago, and the number of people I were to-- that I was talking to who had either been to Sphere or were absolutely determined to get to Sphere was just amazing, right? And so whether it's what's going on in Las Vegas through experiences like Sphere, whether it's what our partners in wellness are doing at Canyon Ranch, our partners in golf at Cabot, the way in which, uh, Gray Wolf is capitalizing on all these babies that are being born to millennials, um, you know, we just continue to see th-this hunger for experiences and in particular, you know, what we think could be a, not only the hu- uh, an increasing hunger for experiences, but increased time to spend on experiences as society continues to evolve through the impacts and benefits of AI.

You know, it was very interesting when Barry Diller announced his, you know, his attempted, um, buyout of MGM, um, which is still a work in progress.

It was very interesting to see how he thinks of Las Vegas as an AI-proof destination.

You know, we don't have to push the river anymore.

But just going back, you reminded me of a man I saw years ago at Canyon Ranch.

He was an accomplished CEO.

But he proudly told me that he never had to change position in his bed to see what time it was.

Which I remember my friend that asked me to do that.

She's actually the same friend that we, we went to Canyon Ranch through.

I'm l- 99.9% sure she's the one that was like, "Hey.

Let's join this run group.

I just let go of all the ropes, see what happens I don't know I think it's really fascinating how accurate these things are which is why at the Canyon Ranch event I have Mandy Engberg coming with us so she can help us get to the core of who we are too I know that he Richard was inspired by a lot of things like astrology and such and so I think it's going to help us really understand ourselves.
